Home prices increased in Beach City during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Beach City rose by $42,150 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 45.9% increase over the $91,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Beach City in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Beach City for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,154, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
