How did home prices perform in Massillon during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Massillon rose by $13,750 while total sales increased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 289 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $131,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 224 homes sold in Massillon in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
