What happened to the median home price in Navarre during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Navarre rose by $23,050 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 18% increase over the $127,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Navarre in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
