The second quarter of 2021: West Manor experienced a 32.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in West Manor rose by $38,250 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 32.1% increase over the $119,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in West Manor in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in West Manor for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,488, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
