Home prices increased in New Miami during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in New Miami rose by $17,075 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,450 - a 28.3% increase over the $60,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Miami in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in New Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $895, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
