Magnolia median home prices rose by 47.4% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Magnolia rose by $51,400 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 47.4% increase over the $108,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Magnolia in the second quarter of 2020, as well.
