Pricing for the median home in Hamilton increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hamilton rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 72.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 379 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $110,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 220 homes sold in Hamilton in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hamilton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,170, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
