The second quarter of 2021: South Lebanon experienced a 3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $3,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,750 - a 3% increase over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in South Lebanon in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
