Carlisle home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Carlisle rose by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Carlisle in the second quarter of 2020.
