The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Brewster increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Brewster rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 48.3% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Brewster in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Brewster for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,152, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
