Pricing for the median home in Milford decreased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Milford fell by $77,910 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 32.1% decrease over the $242,910 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Milford in the second quarter of 2020.
