The second quarter of 2021: Avondale experienced a 45.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Avondale rose by $57,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 45.1% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Avondale in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Avondale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,253, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
