Wayne median home prices fell by 14.5% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Wayne fell by $28,900 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 14.5% decrease over the $198,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Wayne in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wayne for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,435, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
