The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Trenton fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Trenton fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 47.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Trenton in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,123, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
