Hartville median home prices rose by 13.9% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hartville rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Hartville in the second quarter of 2020.
