Hanover Township home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hanover Township rose by $14,250 while total sales increased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,750 - a 8.3% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Hanover Township in the second quarter of 2020.
