The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in North Canton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in North Canton rose by $13,258 while total sales increased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,508 - a 6.9% increase over the $192,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in North Canton in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,272, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
