Pricing for the median home in Mason increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Mason rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 190 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Mason in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mason for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,803, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
