What happened to the median home price in Oxford during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Oxford fell by $5,050 while total sales increased by 44.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,950 - a 2.4% decrease over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Oxford in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oxford for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,323, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
