What happened to the median home price in Monroe during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Monroe rose by $67,500 while total sales increased by 89.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 36.4% increase over the $185,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Monroe in the second quarter of 2020.
