Home prices increased in Oak Ridge during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Oak Ridge rose by $109,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,450 - a 63.5% increase over the $172,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oak Ridge in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Oak Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,966, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
