Liberty Township home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Liberty Township rose by $46,075 while total sales increased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,075 - a 15.1% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in Liberty Township in the second quarter of 2020.
