The first half of 2021: Home prices in Navarre Village fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Navarre Village fell by $48,600 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,400 - a 40.5% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Navarre Village in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre Village for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $630, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
