The first half of 2021: Home prices in Canton Gardens increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Canton Gardens rose by $39,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,750 - a 49.4% increase over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Canton Gardens in the first half of 2020.
