Home prices increased in Beach City during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Beach City rose by $37,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,750 - a 41.5% increase over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Beach City in the first half of 2020.
