Median home prices in Brewster rose to $135,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Brewster rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 42.1% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Brewster in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Brewster for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,152, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
