Pricing for the median home in North Lawrence decreased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in North Lawrence fell by $31,450 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 17.7% decrease over the $177,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in North Lawrence in the first half of 2020.
