Home prices decreased in Lake Slagle during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Lake Slagle fell by $21,750 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,750 - a 10.8% decrease over the $201,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lake Slagle in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Lake Slagle for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,360, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
