Paris median home prices rose by 29.9% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Paris rose by $42,200 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,200 - a 29.9% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Paris in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Paris for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,975, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
