Median home prices in Oxford fell to $195,250 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Oxford fell by $47,750 while total sales increased by 34.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,250 - a 19.7% decrease over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Oxford in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oxford for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,323, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
