Home prices decreased in Ross during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Ross fell by $4,550 while total sales remained unchanged with 44 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,450 - a 2% decrease over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Ross in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Ross for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,802, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
