Hills and Dales median home prices rose by 51.1% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Hills and Dales rose by $152,050 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $449,500 - a 51.1% increase over the $297,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hills and Dales in the first half of 2020.
