On July 2, Diana Lynn Bevington sold their four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2275 Farber St., Magnolia to Anthony S. and Cynthia M. Jones for $240,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $3,455.03, which is 1.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Magnolia as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2275 Farber St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Norton V Carnes, 85, and Sandra M Carnes, 83.
