Pricing for the median home in Beach City increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Beach City rose by $39,800 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 47.6% increase over the $83,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Beach City in June 2020, as well.
