Home prices decreased in North Lawrence during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in North Lawrence fell by $118,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 48% decrease over the $246,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Lawrence in June 2020, as well.
