Robert J. Lulfs acquires 3656 Morningside Way, Unit 107, Lorain

On June 21, Louis D. Klinar Sr of (estate) (by executor) and Robert L. Klinar (as executor) sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3656 Morningside Way, Unit 107, Lorain to Robert J. Lulfs for $90,000.

So far in June 2021, seven properties sold in Lorain.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Louis D Klinar (83) has been registered to vote since 1980.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
