Amherst median home prices fell by 19.9% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Amherst fell by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 19.9% decrease over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Amherst in June 2020.
