Oberlin home prices fell in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Oberlin fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 7.7% decrease over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Oberlin in the first half of 2020.
