The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4973 Springboro Road, Lebanon was sold on July 20 by Robert L. and Nancy Angel and Angel-Nancy Pittman for $250,000. The buyers were Shannon Danielle and Logan Ellsworth Staten.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 4, 2004. It last sold for $150,000.

So far in July 2021, 34 properties sold in Lebanon.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Robert L Pittman (82) has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
