On June 23, Kaiko LLC purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1215 Dellwood Ave., Columbus from Dwight Arnold Keels Jr., Julie D Keels and Julie D Smail for $160,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,273.94, 0.79% of the sale price of the home.

So far in June 2021, 55 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Julie D Smail has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
