The two bedroom, one bathroom property at 1621 Genessee Ave., Columbus was sold on June 2 by Habitat for Humanity Midohio for $140,000. The buyers were Mohamed A. Esse and Ayan A. Mohamoud.

So far in June 2021, 55 properties sold in Columbus.
