On June 1, Jose Ibarra Vega sold their four bedroom, one bathroom home at 2246 Ridgeway Ave., Columbus to Matthew and Sarah Schirtz for $280,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $5,657.79. This is 2.02% of the sale price of the home.

So far in June 2021, 55 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Douglas Stacey McCrory, 58, was the only registered voter residing at 2246 Ridgeway Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
