The six bedroom, two bathroom home at 964 Oakwood Ave., Columbus was sold on May 5 by Christopher R. and Nicole Olsen for $245,000. The buyer was Bernard Cheezum III.

This home last sold on Aug. 22, 2007 for $10,500.

This property is one of 27 sales so far in Columbus in May 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 964 Oakwood Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tamara J Lewis, 45, and Belinda Sue Ann Harden, 32.
