On April 30, L Forton LLC sold their four bedroom, four bathroom commercial property at 1266 Indianola Ave., Columbus to Bernice Liu and Kyle Tom for $335,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,468.84, 1.33% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $59,878 on Feb. 4, 2003.

So far in April 2021, eight properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1266 Indianola Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: ELAN Jonathan Weiss, 27, Ryan W Strawser, 38, Mark L Fowler, 59, and Jessica L Glover, 28.
