On April 22, Ahmad Alfaour sold their one bedroom, one bathroom home at 2595 N. Homecroft Drive, Columbus to Lora Casey for $117,900.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $293.02, which is 0.25% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Columbus in April 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Harry E Evans, 79, was the only registered voter residing at 2595 N. Homecroft Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
