Dublin median home prices rose by 27% in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Dublin rose by $114,750 while total sales decreased by 65.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,000 - a 27% increase over the $425,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Dublin in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
