October 2020: Dublin experienced a 12.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Dublin fell by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 12.5% decrease over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Dublin in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
