Lincoln Village median home prices rose by 41% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Lincoln Village rose by $54,750 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,250 - a 41% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second quarter of 2020.
