The second quarter of 2021: Dublin experienced a 37.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Dublin rose by $157,500 while total sales increased by 140%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,500 - a 37.5% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Dublin in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
