Median home prices in Whitehall rose to $118,800 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Whitehall rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,800 - a 44.3% increase over the $82,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Whitehall in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
